Smith & Company came out to service my HVAC Unit and upon inspecting the unit a growth, later identified as mold was discovered. Even with the mold the technician Michael was able to assess the matter. With the outstanding customer service of Michael, I was able to get a recommendation regarding how to service the unit and proceed with getting the mold removed. Michael not only followed up with me after his initial visit to my home, when he came back he ensured that I knew what next steps were. I truly appreciate being treated like I was a part of the family.

Dave and Pepe were super fast and very efficient. Totally satisfied with the duct work they were able to do! We got a new slot for the air filter installed, and it took them less than 20 minutes from arrival to departure. Nice gentlemen to interact with as well.

I owe a great deal to this company. They service my HVAC and do an exceptional job without the worry of being over charged. More significantly, the owner of this company, Mike Smith, took on a large insurance company on my behalf, who had denied my coverage, and he won. The insurance company settled and provided me with the costs incurred by the damage. Mike Smith was not asked to help me. Following the decision of the insurance company to deny my claim, I phoned Smith and Company to ask for an estimate to repair/replace all lost in the event. Mike Smith asked me what happened and immediately thought that I should pursue the insurance company to re-evaluate my loss. I gave him permission to speak to the insurance company on my behalf. Mike drafted a well articulated chronology of the events that occurred, he cited why he believed the loss should be covered, he quoted insurance rules and regulations and even took the lead in several three-way phone calls that I had with the insurance company. He did all of this at no expense to me. He explained that he took this battle on for me because he recognized that I wasn’t being provided with the coverage that’s, under my insurance plan, should have been covered. I have never met anyone, or any company like this one. I am so grateful and will never be able to repay them this amount of gratitude that I owe them.

"Austin and Edwin are wonderful ambassadors of your company … they both were very pleasant & professional to work with … they communicated very well, explained what needed to be done, then executed both efficiently and very effectively … it was not a quick fix, as they were at my residence for the better part of 4 hours … and together with the several different women in administrative office roles I communicated with, they all together helped make a very trying and stressful weeks long very challenging experience for my wife and I, into a tolerable one with a very happy ending … I want to shout out a very hearty THANK YOU to Smith & Company HVAC for a job VERY WELL DONE!!!".
