Your technician arrived promptly 9 am Memorial Day. What a fine young man! Others advertise 24/7, but only Smith delivered.

I was very impressed by the professional conduct of Jordan and Michael when they came over to work on our AC unit. Even working later into a Friday evening with the weekend approaching, they took the time to show me exactly what they were fixing and answer any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Smith & Company HVAC is amazing. We used them during the winter for our furnace which was set up through our home warranty policy. Smith & Co. was one of the many HVAC companies to respond and the ONLY one to diagnose and solve the problem after several weeks of no heat and visits from other companies. Since our experience with Smith & Co. was so positive, when we decided to have one of our AC units replaced, going with Smith & Co. was a "no brainer." It was a pleasure to work with Amanda, John, Andrew, and Marcus on the quote, logistics, install, etc. Our family would highly recommend Smith and Company and we would definitely call them again in the future.

A colleague told me about Smith and Co. when I started having issues with my HVAC. My whole experience with them- from the scheduling to the service appt. was positive. Everyone I spoke with at Smith and Co. HVAC was kind, courteous and knowledgable. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and extra time that Aaron took to explain what was going on with my HVAC system. He documented the specs so that if there are issues in the future, whoever comes out will already know a bit about the system and what was already done, and then he emailed the information to me so I'd also remember everything. Basically, my system is showing it's age... If honest work and excellent customer service is important to you, I highly recommend this gem of a small business.

Fantastic service provider!. After a miserable night of no AC and another company never showed up, I contacted Melinda early this morning and she did exactly as she promised- called back within 1 hour and we had a technician there within another hour , by 9 am on the Fourth of July !. The technician was efficient, personable, got our AC up and going quick and gave up an honest picture of what else was needed to prevent further issues. Highly recommend this company.
